Due to continued growth they have an exciting vacancy in London for a Recruitment Consultant with or without previous IT Recruitment experience.

As a Recruitment Consultant you can expect to receive the very best in ongoing support and training that will cover the full recruitment and sales life cycle. This 360 role will cover the full spectrum of recruitment from candidate generation through to client management. Based from a Central London office you will cover either perm or contract vacancies in one of many available technical disciplines. This is an excellent opportunity for those with or without previous recruitment experience to step up into IT recruitment for one of the UK's leading consultancies.

The ideal candidate will be either a raw graduate with 6 months commercial sales experience or an experienced recruitment consultant from within any sector looking to break into 360 IT recruitment. Either way, you will be highly professional with first class communication and presentation skills along with having high degrees of motivation, drive and the commitment to develop a lasting career with a respected recruiter.

The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary of 20-30k dependent upon previous sales/recruitment experience with an uncapped OTE of 35-70k plus an additional benefits package.
